MAW “regular season” tournaments are open to ANY teams. Some teams choose to play in every tournament, others play in a select few, and some teams stop by for a one-time experience. There are no season long commitments necessary; each tournament is its own standalone event.

The Roster page will be updated throughout the 2021 Spring/Summer season as teams register and tournaments take place.

A “normal” MAW roster is 4 players: one pitcher and three fielders. Teams may not play in a tournament with fewer than 3 players and a full roster is six players. In recognition that players and tournaments are spread throughout the area in 2021 and it might be difficult for teams to field a team at every event with the normal 6-man rosters, MAW is retaining the “7th player” rule implemented in 2020. The 7th player is strictly a reserve/substitute player. This player cannot play on another team (whether as a regular or as a 7th man) in an MAW tournament in 2021 and is ineligible for the MAW post-season. Teams must designate a player as their 7th man before using that player in a tournament. If they do not, the 7th player used will automatically be designed as the 7th man.

The teams listed below have announced their intentions to play in more than one Mid Atlantic Tournament in 2021. This list will be updated and adjusted as necessary throughout the winter.
